Helen Holden, a Chartered CIPD member, has 20 years of experience establishing HR departments, implementing training at all levels, and developing processes to support high-performing teams. She has worked across the film, music, construction, tourism, and events industries, gaining a broad understanding of diverse business environments.

As the founder of Helen Holden HR Consultancy Ltd, Helen has played a pivotal role in transforming business outcomes for SMEs and start-ups. She also serves as a Board Trustee for Arts University Bournemouth Student Union. Originally from Australia, she is now settled in Hampshire, where her Aussie sense of humor and down-to-earth approach make her a favourite among clients, fostering open and honest conversations from the very first meeting.
